As a Pilates teacher and personal trainer specialising in midlife and menopause, I’ve helped hundreds of women who thought leaks, pain, or tension were their new normal, until they discovered how powerful it feels to understand their body again.

I created this program to give you what most pelvic health advice doesn’t: personal guidance, simple science, and real results.
